    The MafiaMatrix Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information when you use the MafiaMatrix service. In addition, the following describes our privacy practices that are specific to MafiaMatrix.

    1. You need to register an account to access MafiaMatrix. We ask for some personal information when you create your account, including your email address, name and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access.
    2. MafiaMatrix stores, processes and maintains your messages, contact lists and other data related to your account in order to provide the service to you.
    3. When you use MafiaMatrix, our servers automatically record certain information about your accounts use. Similar to other web services, MafiaMatrix records information such as account activity, data displayed or clicked on and other log information (including browser type, IP-address, date and time of access, and referrer data).

    1. MafiaMatrix administrators maintain and process your MafiaMatrix account and its contents to provide our service to you and to improve our services for others.
    2. MafiaMatrix process the information in your messages for various purposes, including formatting and displaying the information to you, preventing unsolicited bulk mail (spam), backing up your messages, and other purposes relating to bettering our service.
    3. MafiaMatrix administrators may send you information related to your MafiaMatrix account or other related services. For more information please refer to section 11 in our terms of service.

  4. INFORMATION SHARING AND ONWARD TRANSFER

    1. When you send mail, MafiaMatrix includes information such as your username, account identity number (ID) and the message itself as part of that mail.
    2. We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties except in limited circumstances, such as when we believe we are required to do so by law.

  5. YOUR CHOICES

    1. You may change certain MafiaMatrix account details through the "preferences"; option, located under the "settings" section. Any changes made must be compliant with the MafiaMatrix terms of service.
